This website ("Site") is operated by Nutty Belly Gal (referred to throughout this website as “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced in these Terms of Use.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of our products and provide accurate product descriptions.
However, as each jar is handmade in small batches, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour or images will be accurate.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY AND REFUNDS
All delivery fees are displayed on the check out page. We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.
No refunds are accepted at this stage due to nut butters being a perishable good (oops!). If there are any damages or defects, drop us a note at hello@nuttybelly.com.
SECTION 3 - PRICE CHANGES
As a small business, we try our best to keep prices affordable because we want everyone to be able to love and try our peanut butters. However, we cannot guarantee any prices for our products, which may be subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via our Site.

Third-party links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
